Job Summary/About Us Join Rife's Home Furniture's growing logistics team as a reliable and hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate! You'll play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. We value hard work, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities (Duties) Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage/accuracy. Transfer furniture between store locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for transfers with high accuracy. Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Operate equipment like box trucks and pickers. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role. Drivers License and ability to drive large vehicles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs. Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Basic math and record-keeping skills. Team player with a strong work ethic. Familiarity with safety protocols.
