Location: Charlotte Metro (Pop-up Markets & Upcoming Pineville Storefront)Schedule: Primarily Weekends & Nights (Market-to-Storefront Transition)Our StoryAura & Ember is a luxury fragrance house born in Charlotte, NC. We believe everyday moments deserve a spark, and we’re known for crafting signature and custom scents that awaken the senses, using clean ingredients. Beyond our handcrafted products, we create unique team-building events where groups explore the art of fragrance design to blend their own perfumes and colognes. We also partner with businesses for corporate gifting and custom sensory branding to drive customer loyalty.We are currently expanding from our private studio and vibrant local markets to our first permanent storefront in Pineville, NC, opening in just a few months.The Role: Experience, Content & HustleThis is a high-visibility, founding role. You will be the face of the brand at pop-up markets and the engine behind our new storefront.Olfactory Expert & Stylist: Act as a consultant, guiding clients through our fragrance library to find their signature scent.Facilitate custom fragrance workshops and corporate events, teaching others how top, middle, and base notes create a balanced perfume.Brand Storytelling (Social Media): Document the "Road to Pineville" by creating aesthetic, "behind-the-scenes" Reels and TikToks for Aura & Ember's social media. Engage with our digital community to drive traffic to our physical markets and future storefront.Market Operations (The "Hustle"): Lead the physical setup and teardown of our outdoor pop-up market footprint (tent, weights, display furniture).Physical Requirement: Must be able to consistently lift and maneuver product containers and gear weighing up to 50 lbs.Who You Are - A "Makers" Heart: You are fascinated by the art of fragrance and love the "chemistry meets creativity" aspect of custom blending.A Content Creator: You have a "social-first" brain and can turn a market setup or a custom workshop into an engaging digital story.An Adaptable Pro: You are just as comfortable facilitating a luxury corporate gifting event as you are lifting a 50lb bin at a 8:00 AM market setup.The Pineville Pioneer: You're excited to help put our new Pineville, NC location on the map as a premier fragrance destination.Why Join Aura & Ember?
