Job Skills / RequirementsThis is a part-time position from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition Dusting / Vacuuming/ Mopping / Sweeping Disinfecting/Sanitizing Surfaces Collect and dispose of trash. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment Cleaning Offices / Restrooms/ Breakroom/ Common areas Lifting up to 25 - 50 lbs. Walking up and down steps Other duties as assigned and determined upon facility needs. RequirementsPass a background screening. Good customer service communication. Dynamic, reliable, responsible, proactive. Capable to work in a group English speaking or bilingual. (English & Spanish).
