Rudy Salas for Congress: Calltime Manager

Call Time Manager The Rudy Salas for Congress campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager. This is a full-time position based in Bakersfield, CA. The Call Time Manager will manage the candidate's call time program and help ensure the campaign reaches their fundraising goals. The Call Time Manager will work in close coordination with and report directly to the Finance Director. Responsibilities:Staff the candidate both in person and remotely during call time, log all call data and send follow-up correspondence to potential and existing donors. Conduct donor prospecting and research Manage donor databases, including data entry and cleaning. Work directly with the finance director and campaign manager to ensure call time fundraising goals are being met. Assist with campaign event preparation and follow-up Assist with other fundraising tasks as needed Job RequirementsA qualified candidate will have:a passion and interest for Democratic politics an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment excellent time management skills & attention to detail strong written, communication, research, & interpersonal skills access to reliable transportation familiarity with with google drive/microsoft office/shared documents Previous campaign experience either as a staffer or volunteer Bonus qualifications:Previous finance/fundraising experience Experience with NGP or other CRM database Experience in California State politics Customer service experience
