Salary: $90,000$100,000Occupational Therapist (OT)Early Intervention | West Philadelphia, PADepartment: Early InterventionEmployment Type: Full-Time, W-2 (Benefits Eligible)Status: OpenLocation: West Philadelphia, PACompensation: $90,000$100,000 annually (salary band based on experience)Job DescriptionThis position is located in West Philadelphia.Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Early Intervention (EI) program serving children and families throughout Philadelphia and Bala Cynwyd.ALFS provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental services to children and their families across home, clinic, childcare, school, and community-based settings. We specialize in Early Intervention services for children ages 35 with developmental delays and autism, partnering with families to promote independence, participation, and long-term developmental success.Position SummaryThe Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for children ages 35 enrolled in Early Intervention. This role functions as part of a holistic, interdisciplinary care team supporting children and families in accordance with approved IEPs and EI service plans.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with EI goalsProvide direct occupational therapy services in natural learning environmentsCollaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team membersUtilize evidence-based and developmentally appropriate intervention strategiesMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and clinical outcomesQualificationsMasters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institutionActive Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license (required)Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric OT experience; Early Intervention experience preferredExperience working with children ages 35 with developmental delaysStrong communication, organizational, and collaboration skillsCompensation & BenefitsAnnual salary range: $90,000$100,000Full-time W-2, benefits-eligible positionMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefitsPaid time off and paid holidays
