Requirements7+ years of industry experience building complex softwareFull-stack expertise, with significant experience in both backend (like Python) and frontend (like TypeScript/React) developmentBachelors/Masters degree in computer science or demonstrated experience in the software industry. Strong SQL skills, proficiency with SQL databasesA strong understanding of and appreciation for building high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces. Extensive experience leading the design of complex software systems, with a deep understanding of architectural patterns and best practices. Proven experience leading the design of complex software systemsThe ability to work independently, manage large projects, and solve complex problemsHighly independent with the ability to scope, break down work, and drive completion of major initiatives through self-sufficiency. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and mentoring skillsBonuses:Experience with scalable distributed data processing. Experience with AWS Lambda/Cloud functions, GCP pub/sub. Experience with cloud automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDKExperience with server-side rendering. Experience in web accessibility. Experience with modern frontend testing frameworksExperience in the electric power industry. BenefitsWhat You'll GetA full-time position, with a competitive salary based on experience. The base salary for this role is $170k - $220k. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, and participation in long-term incentive programs tied to company growth and performance.
