Studio Administrator
Description:
Sunshine Dance & Cheer Studio seeks a part-time Studio Administrator to assist with the day-to-day office and customer service of our growing studio. Working closely with the Studio Director, the Studio Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Acting as the first point of contact for all inquiries. Handling requests for information and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment;
Connecting with and assisting parents and teachers;
Receiving and directing all incoming correspondence including phone, email & social media messages
Registering students for classes and handling tuition payments and billing;
Assisting with all aspects of special events
Contributing to team effort by completing tasks as needed
Responsible for studio communications via email and social media channels
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
She/he will possess excellent customer service skills and should enjoy communicating with parents and students in an educated and knowledgeable manner.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and a professional, calm demeanor and work comfortably with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational and management abilities, excellent computer skills and basic accounting skills.
Ability to complete tasks on time in a busy and often loud atmosphere
Dance knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency with Word, Google Docs and Excel.
Knowledge of drip, trello, jackrabbit, meta business a bonus
Degree recommended but not required
