We bring together top talent from the highest levels of government, politics, and corporate affairs to deliver impactful results in complex policy environments.We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Strategic Alliances team, focused on building and managing relationships with third-party stakeholders-including think tanks, advocacy organizations, and academic experts-who can amplify our clients' public policy priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead outreach and relationship management with non-profits, academic institutions, and advocacy groups across key policy areasDevelop and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships between DCI and alliance stakeholdersIdentify and engage new third-party partners to support client campaignsParticipate in client strategy development and assist in executing issue campaign plansStay up to date on best practices in coalition and external affairs managementCoordinate grassroots mobilization efforts and expert engagement strategiesTravel occasionally for domestic relationship-building (approx. 10%)Ideal Candidate Will Have3-5 years of experience in coalition building, third-party outreach, or community engagement (e.g., Capitol Hill, corporate external affairs, public affairs firm, or nonprofit sector)Proven ability to build strategic alliances and deliver results in fast-paced environmentsStrong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple prioritiesSolid existing network of policy stakeholders and demonstrated grassroots or coalition experienceStrong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
