Inside Sales & Customer Experience Representative

TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films, known for innovations in paint protection films (PPF), is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales & Customer Experience Representative to support our U.S. sales operations, drive lead conversion, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and service.ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and qualify inbound leadsProactively send product samples to prospects, follow up consistently, and move leads through the sales funnelPrepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing while supporting order processing and contract executionPartner with marketing to aggressively follow up on campaign leads and convert promotional interest into sales opportunitiesIdentify customer needs and objections, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to close deals or resolve concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships through frequent touchpoints, upselling, and repeat engagementCoordinate closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillmentMaintain accurate CRM records, including call activity, pipeline updates, and follow-up tasksPerform other sales-driven tasks and initiatives as assigned by management.QualificationsAssociate’s degree or higher preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or B2B environmentStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalismDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferredTeam player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindsetInterest in automotive or aftermarket products is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance-based incentivesOpportunity to grow into a senior success role within a fast-growing, innovative companyOnsite fitness centerCoffee, drinks, and snacks
