Parts Counter Associate – Collision Center

We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our busy Collision Center in Irving, TX. This role is essential in supporting our technicians and ensuring smooth, efficient repair operations.What You’ll DoAssist technicians by sourcing and ordering OEM and aftermarket partsCommunicate with vendors, dealerships, and internal teamsEnsure all parts are correctly billed to repair ordersSupport a fast-paced collision repair workflowInform customers of companion part requirements and specials, ensuring the customer is expose to the full product lineNotify Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attentionLocate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency order if necessaryNotify Service Advisor when special order parts are receivedFollow-up on back-ordered partsMaintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special order partsWhat You’ll NeedPrevious experience in an automotive parts or dealership environment preferred (collision experience required)Strong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsBasic computer and dealership software knowledge (CDK, Reynolds, etc. is a plus)Team player with a strong work ethicBenefits & Employee PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance 401k Matching and FSA Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (accrues) Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness) Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and Parts
