Title: Machine TechnicianLocation: Princeton, INWorking hours: Standard 7 to 4 local timeDuration: 12 months with the possibility of extensionBachelor’s degree: No High School Diploma or EquivalentOvertime: Yes, 30% during weekdays, weekends, shutdown, holidays and odd hours.Travel: Yes. 70% Domestic and InternationalHow soon after the offer will they be required to travel: After 3 to 4 months as per the business need but it depends on the skill sets as well to travel earlyTravel would be scheduled more than 3 months dispatch would be available: Max 2 weeksExperience level: 4 or more yearsInterview Process: 2 RoundsInterview 1: STAR/Video interview via MS Teams for 60 minutes (Panel Interview)Interview 2: In-person interview for a couple of hours.Responsibilities:The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production.On-site robot programming and interlockingConfirm that the new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.Prepare and confirm new Body Weld equipment at the vendorsSupport weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of productionDevelop equipment countermeasures during set up/trialsEngage in travel to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.Required Skills:Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field1+ years of Seibi experience3+ years of Automotive experienceExperience with mentoring and/or technical training
