They are responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors, and others into the plant. They coordinate meetings, appointments and direct various administrative projects at the direction of the Plant Manager.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily workflow of the department but does not directly supervise staff.Duties/ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support to management team at the PlantGreet vendors, visitors and othersActs as customer service representativeMaintains document and filing systemInputs records and other items into NetSuiteSends emails, scans and prints documentation for use at the PlantAssists inventory countsCoordinates the availability of office suppliesSchedules meetings, interviews, etc. for the Plant ManagerPerforms basic data entryAssists with organizing sample shipments for quality testingPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasksAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareMinimum QualificationsMinimum High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferredAt least two years' related experience requiredExperience with Netsuite a plusPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesWhat We OfferCollaborative, people-first cultureCompetitive compensation and benefits packagesSavings and retirements plan with employer matchPaid time-off, starting at three (3) weeks a yearCareer pathing and developmental opportunities
