Regional Director of Operations
Role Description The single leader at the top of the entire regional operations. Project team leads report to this role. Responsible for overall regional strategy, client relationships at the executive level, and ensuring the entire region operates under one voice and one vision in line with company direction, performance metrics, and company policies. Travel within region is required to ensure operational excellence and people development. Operational regions include East (EAST), Midwest (MIDW), North Texas (NTEX), South Texas (STEX), and West (WEST). Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of extensive senior leadership experience managing large-scale construction programs, exceptional client and stakeholder management, strategic thinker, driver of safety culture, strong relationship building skills, strong written and verbal skills. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite. Decision Authority Final authority on all regional-level decisions. Owns executive-level client relationships. All four Project Team leads (Management, Field Operations, Quality, Safety) escalate to Regional Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all regional-level documentation and reporting. Ensure all project teams maintain accurate records and deliver on contractual obligations. Monitor project performance metrics (safety, schedule, cost, quality) and implement corrective actions. Implement and enforce quality control measures across the region. Develop and maintain regional budgets and forecast. Accountable for P&L performance. Ensure cost controls and financial accountability across region. Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, superintendents and support staff. Build high-performing teams and succession plans within the region. Drive a culture of accountability.
