Skills and Requirements Journeyman electrician license from DC, MD, VA. Must be able to obtain VA license with 6 months 5 years of progressive, hands‑on experience in electrical or controls work in a commercial or industrial setting with equipment and systems similiar to those used on site. A minimum of five years’ experience in SCADA maintenance with thorough understanding of electrical systems, controls, experience in data center or complex mission critical environments is preferred.
