Due to unprecedented, rapid growth opportunities, ITS is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters and Sourcers to join our team at our headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. This position offers a base salary plus commission, performance bonuses and a flexible work environment.The candidate will have experience in recruiting and proven track record at either an agency or corporate level.Responsibilities:Work directly with account managers on client hiring needs.Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology.Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates.3+ years of recruiting experience.Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.Strong time management skills a must.
