Brand Marketing Specialist
Contract Duration: 7 monthsDaily Responsibilities:Project Name: Sports partnerships, brand advertising campaigns, partnership activations· Cross-platform integration of the Banks WM programming through sponsorships· Onsite activation as-needed· Lead the strategic development and execution of tier 1 and tier 2 partnership activations· Lead cross platform integration of the Banks WM programming through sponsorships and advertising· Execute on the strategic plan for our sports partnership(s), including contractual asset oversight and optimization· Manage and oversee the Banks WM brand advertising, by integrating/on-boarding partners and developing an authentic and sustainable go-to-market approach· Own the day-to-day relationships with lines of business, agency partners, and sponsorship properties· Drive tangible business outcomes including strengthening brand awareness, consideration through acquisition· Report and analyze key metrics and optimize campaign tactics as needed· Lead enterprise objectives identifying and managing opportunities to align brand strategy within marketing and business initiatives.· Work with rapidly changing and growing digital/social technology associated with marketing campaigns, knowing how to leverage the various technology mediums to drive engagement What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? · PowerPoint (high proficiency)· Excel (high proficiency)· Word (high proficiency)· SharePoint· Understanding of digital/social technology platforms for marketing campaigns· Understanding of results reporting and analytics softwareMust-have Skills:· Degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications and/or Advertising· 4-7+ years of experience with brand marketing and sponsorship activation· Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership; proven expertise in flawless program execution· Strong time and budget management skills and the ability to multi-task· Experience building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external partners· High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to master new computer software· Proficiency in results reporting and strong analytical skills Nice-to-have Skills:· Knowledge of Financial Services industry· Knowledge of U.S. marketSoft skills:· Strategic thinking and innovation· Strong relationship management· Cross-enterprise alignment and stakeholder management· Communication and connector ability· Analytical mindset· Detail and planning oriented
