Office Coordinator (Bend, OR)Full-TimePurpose: The reason the job existsThe Office Coordinator exists to support serving all teams in their daily goals by providing a motivating and encouraging culture, resources, technology, and administration.Attributes: These behaviors/traits reflect our core values and must be consistently evidenced in our teamIntentionalInnovative SpiritServant's HeartResponsibilities: The essential actions required of the jobReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with communicated disabilities to perform these essential functions.Create a welcoming office environment: opening and closing office, welcoming guests, answering phones, managing conference rooms and schedules, coordinating lunch orders for group meetings, and maintaining common areasOffice Operations: Coordinate office equipment maintenance and office supply ordering; coordinate facility maintenance and care, including managing vendor relationships; execute office moves, and troubleshoot basic workstation technology issues (i.e. log a conference room computer into video conference or reboot copy machine).Permit Administration: Communicate effectively with permitting jurisdictions; coordinate right-time scheduling (aligned with starts cadence) for permit submission, processing, status monitoring, course adjustment (if needed), and delivery;Culture Ambassador: Assist with supporting Culture & Talent with planning and executing office events as neededRun miscellaneous errands, as needed to accomplish responsibilitiesPerforms additional duties as assignedRequirements: The specific skills, experience, and specialized certifications/education required to do the job.2+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience is requiredOregon Notary is a preferredKnowledge of MS Office Suite required, and ability to learn new programs quicklyReliable transportationPhysical Demands: This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. This person in this position needs to occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, copiers, scanners, etc. Must be able to maneuver packages or equipment up to 50 pounds with assistance (hand truck or buddy lift).The person in this position constantly operates a computer.
