Outside Sales Representative
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
POSITION SUMMARY
Clean Water Co is looking for Sales Representatives to join our high performing team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that have a resliant mentality and are confident in their abilities to to make serious money in sales.
Our reps have the ability to make over $200k a year but must be willing to put in the hard work and grind to achieve their goals.
Sales Representatives are responsible for driving revenue by generating leads in areas that have low quality water. Duties include generating leads through referrals, door knocking, cold calling, home shows, trade shows, etc. Previous experience working in sales is highly preferred. We are willing to take individuals with no experience if they have a track record of putting in hard work to achieve their goals.

Our company was founded in 2018. We have installed thousands of whole home filtration systems across Colorado, Arizona, Texas and Florida. OBJECTIVES
Maximize sales opportunities by meeting in-person with potential customers
Represent Clean Water CO professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry
Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout all interactions
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and metrics
Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft
Ensure that you meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly sales targets
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls to current and former prospects
Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources
Be a contributing member of the team in revenue, culture, and brand image
Attend and participate in internal meetings and complete required training
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
COMPETENCIES
Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel is preferred
One to three years of sales experience is preferred
Must be willing to drive personal vehicle to client consultations and in-home appointments
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations
Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values
Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; support and explain reasoning for decisions

Passionate about access to clean water is a must
PROVIDED TRAINING
Clean Water Co offers comprehensive training to all sales representatives. We have created a proven sales process that has sold millions of dollars worth of filtration systems. Sales representatives will be fully trained on our SOPs through online and field training. We also provide on-going training to ensure our employees are at the top of their game and are able to fully handle any sales objections.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or High School diploma preferred
Some experience working within a sales environment is a must
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing
Comfortable with sitting
