Tasks Making mobile patrol stops of multiple sites which, include walking the grounds of every property. Scanning NFC tags. Parking enforcement (towing and/or issuing warning citations). Securing/locking up facilities. Writing security and maintenance incident reports. Removing trespassers from sites. Qualifications Have one year or more experience in security or other form of protective services. Clean driving record. Have effective written and oral communication across all levels of the organization and externally. Be highly dependable. Work independently. Pay close attention to detail. Stay calm & professional in difficult situations. Take initiative
