Business Analyst (NY/NJ) (R)

Job Title: Business AnalystJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver data-driven solutions that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Required Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with requirement gathering and documentationKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesProficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, or ConfluenceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
