Managing Director of Product Management and Applications Engineering

Job Description: Technical Product Manager Location: Scotts Valley, CA, 95066 Skills: Engineering, Communication & Management Digital Dynamics is a fast growing provider of control solutions for mission critical OEM process machinery. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and product management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products. Responsibilities: Lead strategic product planning process to improve DDIs overall competitiveness and increase market reach Lead the requirements definition process for new products in collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering, and manage product roadmaps Support cross-functional management of the product development process from conception through go-to-market. Participate in the product development process to ensure technical and commercil requirements are aligned with market needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to product development Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in engineering and product management Proven track record of success in leading teams and delivering high-quality products Strong technical background and understanding of product development processes Experience with ERP and PLM software systems, such as Syspro and Arena Solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Goal oriented and willing to take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
