Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand and use computer
- Understand and follow job instructions
- Appropriately match colors
- Complete in-process inspection of screens before printing for defects
- Bake flats
- Screen flats
- Expose coated screens
- Apply back coat
- Coat screens each shift
- Stretch screens
- Touch up screens
- Mix colors
- Mix resist and back coat resist
- Mix emulsion (5-gallon bucket)
- Remove rags at the end of each shift
- Perform all other duties as assigned
