Civil / Concrete Foreman (Traveling) Commericial - Per Diem + Lodging

Job Description Description:Legion Group is hiring a working Civil / Concrete Foreman to lead crews on commercial projects across multiple states.This is not a clipboard-only role—we're looking for someone who can run a crew, stay ahead of schedule, and jump in when needed.If you've actually led pours, handled layouts, and kept jobs moving without babysitting, you'll fit right in.What You'll Be Doing:Run day-to-day field operations and manage crewsRead plans, perform layout, and plan work aheadLead forming, pours, and finishing operationsOperate equipment as needed (skid steer, mini-ex, etc.)Keep jobs on schedule and production movingCoordinate with PMs and other tradesEnforce safety and quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a concrete/civil foreman (not just a lead guy)Strong leadership—guys listen when you talkHands-on experience with forming, pouring, and finishingAbility to read plans and run layout without helpComfortable operating equipment when neededWilling to travel for out-of-state workValid driver's licenseWhat You Get:Competitive pay (based on experience)Per diem + lodging coveredMileage reimbursementConsistent pipeline of commercial work (no "one job and done")Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving GCCompany DescriptionLegion Group is a commercial general contractor specializing in civil and concrete construction across multiple states.
