Manager Omni Channel Supply Chain – L'OréalInfluencer in the organization that will be a key part of the O+O team in charge of supply chain performance for a specific e‐commerce channel in the Omnichannel Supply Chain Team. He/she will work directly with retailer/3PL supply chain team, brands commercial teams, distribution center, transportation, customer service, demand‐planning teams among others inside and outside the organization.Position DetailsTeam: Omni Channel Supply Chain – Manager – e fulfillmentReports to: Director, O+OLocation: Clark, NJResponsibilitiesThe strategic objective of the role will be to optimize the flow of qualitative and quantitative information between L'Oreal USA and the retailer/3PL, thereby improving replenishment and distribution processes and making recommendations with regard to its supply chain processes for L'Oréal products (lead times, On Time, In Full, end‐to‐end Supply Chain collaboration)Tactically, this position will coordinate replenishment and distribution model for the ecommerce channel. Manage order lifecycle from receipt thru shipment; inclusive of SAP transactions, data analysis, decision making, alternative option recommendations, root cause analysis/investigation, follow up and follow thru of open itemsCollaborate closely with Demand Planning leaders to ensure that the customer‐sourced demand data is integrated into the replenishment planMaintain strong relationships with business partners in order to optimize product supply effectiveness and efficiency.
