Job Overview:
Bucked Up is seeking enthusiastic retail sales associates for our Saint George, UT location! We thrive in a high-energy environment and are looking for candidates with excellent people skills and reliability in helping customers while they shop. Successful applicants will drive revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store. Our team members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor towards customers, fellow associates, and management. You serve as a representative of the retail brand and play an important role in the store's overall success.
Responsibilities:
Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed
Greet and interact with all store customers
Learn all products and be able to cross-sell/upsell
Assisting in Store Inventory
Process all transactions. (Purchases/Refunds/Exchanges)
Cleaning of the store including restrooms and employee-only areas
Adheres to loss prevention practices and is aware of and reports potential incidents
Qualifications & Skills:
Interest in fitness supplements, or a strong desire to learn!
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally. Maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom.
Excellent Customer Service Abilities
Informative and helpful fellow staff and customers
Observant, Clean and Detail oriented
Takes ownership of tasks and incorporates feedback from management.
Additional Information –
Store Hours: 9AM-8PM Monday- Saturday
Hourly Needs: Flexible 4 hour shifts either 9AM-1PM, 10AM-2PM, 12PM-4PM, or 4PM-8PM.
Must be available to work weekends. Part Time positions will usually be scheduled 3-5 4 hour shifts each week (12-20 hours a week) depending on availability.
Must be available to work all major holiday dates that the store is open. (Store is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)
