Senior Corporate & Compliance Counsel$250,000-$275,000 base + 10-20% bonusFull-time | Onsite in Valencia or Irvine, CAA publicly traded life sciences company is seeking a Senior Corporate & Compliance Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team. This is a high-impact role supporting SEC reporting, governance, and compliance in a regulated environment.What You'll Do• Draft and review SEC and ASX filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy)• Support public company reporting and securities compliance• Prepare board materials and maintain corporate governance records• Oversee compliance policies, anti-bribery initiatives, and HCP contracting• Support M&A and financing transactions• Advise cross-functional teams across finance, commercial, regulatory, and operationsWhat You Bring• JD from an accredited U.S. law school; active California Bar membership required• Must currently live in California; relocation assistance considered for the right candidate• 5-7 years of legal experience• SEC reporting and public company filings experience required• Experience within a life sciences organization required• Strong corporate, securities, and compliance background
