Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and target markets - Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training and coaching - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management - Assist in managing customer accounts and resolving any issues or concerns - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities - Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and product launches - Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Skills: - Strong knowledge of retail math, including calculations related to pricing, discounts, margins, and sales forecasting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and retail, we would love to hear from you.
