Administrative CoordinatorThe Administrative Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the Shared Services Center by managing administrative tasks, handling data and reporting needs, and ensuring the accuracy of key accounting processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while contributing to smooth, efficient department operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct warranty labor rate increase submissions and manage required follow-up.
Build reports, analyze data, and prepare summary insights for leadership review.
Reconcile accounting schedules, with a strong emphasis on Extended Warranty schedules.
Assist the Senior Manager with administrative duties, coordination, and workflow support.
Ensure all records, documentation, and activities meet Shared Services Center standards and procedural requirements.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset when collaborating with internal partners.
Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient Shared Services Center operations.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines in a high-volume environment.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with CDK or similar DMS platforms is a plus.
Prior administrative, accounting, or analytical experience preferred.
