We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Thor General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our brand’s operations. This role is responsible for driving business performance, optimizing financial results, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, industry experience, and a passion for the motorcycle space.What You’ll DoLead and manage day-to-day business operations for the Thor brandDevelop and execute the brand’s strategic plan, setting clear departmental goalsOwn budget planning, expense optimization, and financial performanceDrive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and profitabilityEnsure strong communication and alignment across departments and with LeMansOversee hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiativesProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to direct reportsMonitor compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standardsIdentify and solve business challenges (e.g., declining profits, competition, internal conflicts)Develop product strategies aligned with revenue and margin targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholdersOversee marketing strategies, including events and sponsorshipsDeliver regular performance updates and insights to executive leadershipWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 4+ years of experience in a General Manager or similar executive-level roleExperience working across B2B and eCommerce channels Familiarity with athlete contracts and licensing agreements Valid driver’s license requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and prioritization abilitiesProven leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teamsSpecialized ExperienceStrong network and experience within the motorcycle industryExpertise across key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations)Advanced planning, budgeting, and analytical capabilitiesExperience with product development in helmet/apparel categories (preferred)Work Environment & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based (not remote eligible) at THOR in Poway, CAFrequent sitting, screen use, and communication activitiesAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsOccasional travel (vehicle and air travel required)DisclaimersNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
