This is a hands-on role where your ideas can quickly turn into real operational impact.This is a full-time, onsite position based at our St. Louis Corporate Headquarters.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and lead initiatives that improve safety, accuracy, and productivity across our warehouse network.Dig into operational data to uncover inefficiencies and turn insights into improvements.Develop and standardize best practices across all warehouse locations to ensure consistency and scalability.Help design and optimize warehouse layouts, expansions, and new facilities.Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify, test, and implement system and ERP improvementsAnalyze data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall warehouse performance and cost structureIdentify and implement technology solutions to improve operational performance.Oversee and coordinate warehouse improvement projects.Promote a safety-first mindset in all process improvements and operational changes.Why This Role Stands OutYou'll have the autonomy to move quickly from idea to implementation, working directly with senior leadership in a mid-sized company.
