Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive

DescriptionWe're looking for a highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to support our Commercial Lines Sales Executives and carrier partners in managing OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) accounts. This role involves placing new business, oversee OCIP portal and master policies, and building strong, lasting relationships.Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 |Key ResponsibilitiesMarket new and renewal business with Sales ExecutivesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and internal teamsSupport renewal strategies and attend client/carrier meetingsPrepare proposals and summaries in AMS360Manage OCIP portal: enrollments, renewals, reporting, and updatesMaintain Insurance Cost Worksheets and follow up with contractorsConduct OCIP training (in-person and via TEAMS)Use independent judgment for coverage and servicingPosition RequirementsQualificationsStrong knowledge of insurance and OCIP for construction risksSkilled in AMS360, OCIP portals, Microsoft Office, and carrier platformsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsProfessional and collaborative attitudeEducation & ExperienceActive Property & Casualty Insurance Producer LicenseCommitment to ongoing professional development (designations preferred)About the Organization Dimond Bros.
