Job Category: Production & Maintenance Requisition Number: NCMAC001123 Posting Details Posted: August 5, 2026 Full-Time On-site Rate: $16.50 USD per hour Locations Showing 1 location Monroe, NC 28110, USA Job Details Description Job Summary: Responsible for the efficient operation of the machine to produce parts in accordance to customer drawings, internal sketches and/or other forms of instructions. Essential functions: Capable to set and operate programs and machinery Must be able to follow instructions and able to read production tickets Must be able to demonstrate ability to perform visual inspection utilizing measuring tapes. Ensure correct material is prepared for scheduled orders according to work order information. Obtain knowledge of door styles, sizes, tolerances and conversion from millimeters to inches. Attention to detail Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) Supports Safety and good housekeeping in maintaining a safe work place environment. Performs other related duties as required Knowledge, Skill and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English Basic math skills Ability to use and read a tape measure Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift Physical Requirements: Constant standing (8-9 hours daily), bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting a minimum of 25 pounds.
