For our client, we are seeking a ASIC Packaging Signal Integrity Engineering Technical Lead (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $183,800 – $263,600 annuallyResponsibilities Develop and implement design rules for ultra-high-speed signaling Analyze substrate signal and power integrity and collaborate with layout teams Design and document ASIC packages for high-quality release Collaborate with partners to resolve complex technical issues Define processes and tools for ASIC/package development Lead discussions on chip architecture and high-performance ASIC designs Mentor junior engineers and promote design reviews for continuous improvementQualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years Proven experience with multiple high-speed ASIC tape-outs from a package perspective Deep expertise in high-speed SerDes architectures and electromagnetics Extensive hands-on experience with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS/EM flow, and Cadence APD Working knowledge of SPICEBenefits Flexible work environment with remote options within the U.S Participation in a culture of design reviews and continuous improvement Collaborative team atmosphere with mentorship opportunitiesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
