We work with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, founder-owned businesses, investment banks, and investors nationwide.Position OverviewOur Transaction Services team serves middle-market private equity firms, founder-owned businesses, and investment professionals during any stage of the transaction process.CFOx is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team in the Detroit office. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing firm and play a pivotal role in shaping its direction, culture, and operations. This role requires a good understanding of private equity environments, strong financial acumen, a drive for excellence, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and growing environment.As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with the Vice Presidents to deliver strategic financial insights, drive operational improvements, and support growth initiatives for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of private equity environments, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills.Typical Transaction Services engagements include:Buy-Side & Sell-Side ‘Quality of Earnings’ AnalysisClient liaison to due diligence provider and advisors during transaction processGeneral due diligence on target acquisitionsFinancial diligence and modelingRole Responsibilities Assist in Transaction Services client engagementsPrepare client deliverables, analyses, and reportsParticipate in the firm’s business development effortsActivate participation in the firm’s culture and operationsTrain and Develop AssociatesQualifications 2-4 years of transaction (TS or TAS) experiencePrevious audit experience is preferredCPA license is preferredCompensationBase Salary: $90,000/yr. - $140,000/yr.Bonus: Discretionary (Target: 10-30%)Commission: Sales Commission Eligible
