We advocate for best pay, diversity, and best job-fit for every candidate we place.Our client is seeking an AI Engineer in the Financial Services industry!Responsibilities:The AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) ensuring alignment with business use cases.Production Implementation: Ensure that the AI models are scalable and seamlessly integrated into production environments.Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance and make iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Collaboration: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, data specialists, and other stakeholders, ensuring AI initiatives are aligned with business goals.Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and NLP to ensure Western Asset remains at the forefront of innovation.Qualifications:Proven experience in developing and deploying AI or Machine Learning models in real-world production environments.Profound knowledge of NLP. Experience with document extraction and tools.Exceptional programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with Generative AI or a strong background in the field.A proven history of project completion, illustrating a tenacity for achieving results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think strategically.Strong knowledge of databases or structured data is a plus.Prior experience in the finance sector or a keen interest in financial markets is a plus.Knowledge of different AI platforms and their applications is a plus.Entrepreneurial, can-do approach, a drive to keep learning, and a fascination with discovering what technology can do for the business.#LI-SW1#LI-OnsiteSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelSalary: $170,000 - $200,000Job Function: Information TechnologyIndustry: Financial ServicesEmployment Type: Full-Time
