If you are looking for a different perspective on senior living come, join us today!You Will EnjoyTuition reimbursement program An employee appreciation bonus, which is funded by our residentsNow offering DailyPay!403 (b) retirement plan with employer match An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun!Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited ToMaintains public and common areas of the facility in a safe, orderly and sanitary conditionMust be able to identify and report need for repairs, unsafe conditions and respond appropriately in emergency situationsWorks in areas occupied by patients with known infectious diseases and will handle and transport infectious wasteCleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basisConducts routine inspections of own area of assignment to ensure that departmental quality standards are achieved and maintainedMinimum RequirementsOne year of previous experience working in an institutional/health care housekeeping environment, preferredAbility to communicate at a basic level, orally and in writing, in EnglishAbility to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solvents and calculate linen and supplies needed for work assignmentAbility to work independently, without direct supervisionAble to meet physical demands of position: Push and pull carts and equipment, up to 100 lbs. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Able to use necessary cleaning equipment including: carpet cleaning equipment, wet and dry vacuumAble to measure and proportion cleaning chemicals and solventsAble to calculate the amount of linen and supplies needed for work assignmentAble to pass background checks for a licensed communityAble to wear personal protective equipment including masks and gloves as required by the CDCReady to make a difference?
