Territory Sales Representative
Culinary Depot is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business within an assigned territory. This is a highly customer-facing outside sales role that requires frequent in-person meetings, site visits, and ongoing relationship management with clients, consultants, contractors, and end users.The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a territory, building long-term customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and overseeing projects through the full sales cycle. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.You will work closely with Culinary Depot’s internal design, project management, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful execution from initial opportunity through final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and grow business within an assigned sales territoryBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholdersConduct regular in-person meetings, job site visits, walkthroughs, and customer presentationsGenerate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-buildingManage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for expansionMaintain a consistent pipeline of active projects and opportunitiesSales Process ManagementOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and project executionPrepare and present proposals, quotes, and equipment solutions tailored to customer needsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, specifications, and timelinesFollow up consistently with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycleTrack opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline updates within CRM systemsIndustry & Product ExpertiseDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and foodservice operationsUnderstand customer project requirements, operational needs, and installation considerationsStay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market developmentsWork with a wide range of customers including restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, hospitality groups, institutional organizations, and government agenciesInternal CollaborationWork closely with design, estimating, procurement, project management, and operations teamsCoordinate project handoffs and ensure smooth communication between departmentsAssist in resolving customer issues and maintaining strong post-sale relationshipsBenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesPaid time off, including vacation and paid holidays Health insurance options401(k) retirement planProfessional growth and advancement opportunities
