Front Desk Supervisor

Ensure complete guest satisfaction and provide all guests with a successful experience during their stay, thru check-in and checkout, and by providing information and services in order to both meet and exceed guest needs and expectations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and proceduresJob Focus:Focus is on, but not limited to the following:Check guests in and out of the hotel in a confident, professional and friendly manner.Complete all checklist items for the appropriate shiftReview special requests/needs and assist with the pre-blocking of rooms/suitesMaintain complete knowledge of:all hotel offerings, services and hours of operationall hotel restaurant food concepts, menu, dress code and ambianceall hotel day/nightlife concepts, menu, dress code and ambianceall hotel room types/names, layout, amenities and locationsall hotel room rates, special packages and promotionsdaily arrival & departure listsscheduled daily group activities, names and location of meeting/banquet roomslocal events, attractions, holiday schedulesPerforms various administrative tasks assigned by Hotel Managers and Director of Front OfficeAssist the Hotel Managers with daily MOD responsibilities and support the Front Desk Representatives and Guest Service AgentsDesired Qualifications:One (1) to Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar role preferredVIP, Front Desk, Hotel experience requiredPrevious experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredMust have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal formsA professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all timesMust have strong interpersonal and organizational skillsMust have an outgoing personality and possess strong attention to detail skillsConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceMust be able to perform and strive in a team environmentPossess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadershipAn intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Opera, GoConcierge, HotSOS, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferredAble to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysMulti-lingual is desiredMust be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness CardA valid Nevada Gaming License is required and must be obtained before entering this positionMust be 21 years of age or older
