What You’ll Do: Take full ownership of the Chicago sales team’s performance and growth Recruit, coach, and motivate a team of in-home sales reps Learn and implement our proven sales process to drive results Monitor key performance metrics and hold your team accountable to goals Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings, and field ride-alongs Drive a culture of excellence, urgency, and teamwork What We’re Looking For: A leader with prior experience managing sales teams being a plus Highly organized, structured, and performance-driven Excellent communicator and motivator who leads from the front Strong desire to learn, implement, and improve our sales systems Ability to balance team development with accountability and results A partner who will invest the same energy and commitment we give Why Comer & Cross: Industry-leading product and brand in the fast-growing home improvement space A leadership team that is deeply involved, energetic, and supportive A career path that rewards performance and leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: $88,518.72 - $144,794.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
