If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.This is an in-person position based out of our Wynwood office in Miami, FL.Responsibilities Direct all aspects of sales, marketing, and creative operations, managing an annual growth budget of $25 million. Lead a team of 42 full-time employees and 210 independent contractors. Oversee the company's in-house creative team, which is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and materials across digital platforms, web, CRM, and grassroots channels. Ensure the execution of scalable sales and marketing strategies, the expansion into new markets, and the alignment of cross-functional efforts to achieve the company's growth and market expansion objectives.Requirements5 years experience as Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Product Manager, Global Partner Manager, or other manager level or higher role responsible for commercial growth.5 years experience leading commercial strategy or roadmap and driving innovation within the telecom or fintech industries.3 years experience identifying new commercial opportunities and leading them from concept through launch.1 year experience in each of the following: Creating and scaling an advisor/ambassador-based go to market model that is grass-roots, community-led growth model; Leading cross functional teams supporting new product launches, including sales, marketing, and operations; and International experience, including European market exposure relevant to launching products and scaling commercial operations.Must have led at least one disruptive new commercial opportunity from development stage through rollout.Apply Apply at: https://majority.com/en/company/career (search Chief Growth Officer).We believe in equal opportunity and value diversity at our company.
