Oracle Support Analyst Location: MexicoRate: DOE Must-Have Skills: • Provide functional and technical analysis. • Tickets, service requests (ESM) or users’ issues. • SQL Programming knowledge view, search, extract from tables. • SQL knowledge in updating tables for new mass updates. • Testing of new application functions and releases. • Experience in Scrum (Taking business requirements and creating PBIs for L3 team) Good to Have Skills: • Experience in Oracle Applications (Distribution & Planning modules of Oracle Apps – Oracle OM, Distribution INV & ASCP).
