This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working closely with patients and values thoughtful, high-quality treatment.New graduates are welcome to apply and will receive a supportive, mentorship-focused environment to help them grow.Part time an full timePay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourEmployer-sponsored health insurance stipend to support individual coverageResponsibilities Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, post-operative, balance, vestibular, neurological, and mobility-related conditions to improve strength, function, and overall movement. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve strength, mobility, and coordination Assist with manual therapy techniques as directed and supervised by the physical therapist Progress exercises based on patient response and functional improvements Provide clear instruction and education on home exercise programs Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising physical therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Create a positive and supportive environment that encourages patient engagement and recoveryQualifications Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Texas Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong interest in therapeutic exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, and manual therapy Ability to motivate and guide patients through exercise programs and functional activities Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the physical therapist
