Daily surgery and clinic schedules Birth certificate functions File maintenanceDemonstrates ability to use health data collection tools (Profile, MIDAS and document templates)Understands and applies privacy and confidentiality policies to release of information and access by all users requesting PHI.Maintains and corrects demographic information and unit records in hospital information system (MS4, Cerner, QuadraMed combining and un-combining).
