Program Manager - Electrical Engineering TeamWe are seeking an organized and proactive Program Manager to support the Electrical Engineering (EE) teams. This role will bridge design engineering and hardware operations, managing the end-to-end execution - PCBAs build and assembly to eliminate lead-time delays and keep critical hardware milestones on track.Experience: 3+ years in program management, hardware operations, or component sourcing embedded with EE teamsTechnical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with EE design flows and PCBA manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, and rework).Execution: Detail-oriented with a proven track record of managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously. Strong organizational skills required.Responsibilities:Vendor & Order Management: Act as the primary interface for fabrication, SMT, and rework vendors; conduct daily check-ins to track orders and pull in schedules.PCB Rework Coordination: Coordinate, prioritize, and track engineering rework requests to ensure fast, accurate hardware modifications.PO Administration: Navigate internal procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) for seamless manufacturing kick-offs.Logistics & Material Handling: Manage components, organize allocation, and pick up/ship parts to external partners.Location: Mountain View, CADuration: Fulltime
