Whether you're just starting your career or have experience in the field, your journey with us begins here, contributing to the foundation and success of every project.Job DescriptionJob duties may include but are not limited to the following:Assists carpenters by holding and securing lumber used in build process; ensures lumber is level or plumb during installationAssists with building forms for pouring concretePrepares work area by transporting needed tools and equipment from storage facilityLoads and unloads building materials to be used on construction projectsBuilds and disassembles scaffolding, bracing, and other temporary structures used on construction sitesRemoves debris and possible hazards to keep construction sites clean and safeDigs trenches and holes needed in construction projectsKeep machines servicedAbility to follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and carpentersKnowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and proceduresOn-the-job training offeredThis position is safety-sensitive.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to perform basic mathAble to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outsidePhysically able to perform assigned tasksMust be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
