Human Resources Generalist

The HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering, content employees across the company through a variety of means to include compensation, benefits, orientation, training, communication, evaluations and various feedback channels. The HR Coordinator will take on special projects from time to time as directed by supervisor. The HR Coordinator will perform a variety of daily activities, assigning specific projects, developing objectives, providing feedback and maintaining accountability. There will also be responsibilities to include tax filings, OSHA, reports, payroll, etc.                                                    Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingManage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer lettersCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hiresMaintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of new hire documentationPayroll & BenefitsProcess bi-weekly payroll using Paycom, ensuring accuracy and complianceAdminister employee benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and leave programsRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policiesHR Operations & ComplianceMaintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports as neededEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsAssist with employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary documentationSupport training initiatives and employee engagement programsCoordinate safety and workers’ compensation reporting in collaboration with operationsRequired Skills:2–4 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist roleMinimum of 2yrs Human Resource experience in Logistics Experience in Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systemsFamiliarity with employment law, payroll regulations, and HR best practicesExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismManufacturing or industrial experience a plusBenefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceProfit sharing plan (retirement plan)DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
