HR Business Partner
Position Description: Serve as the primary point of contact for PrestigePEO clients. Manage day-to-day Human Resources activities for clients and worksite employees. Provide consultation, guidance, and problem resolution within assigned client portfolio.Roles & Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for clients’ human resources needs, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local lawsProvide account management for clients as it relates to Prestige services. Oversee other dedicated client resources to ensure coordinated service deliveryDevelop and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers. Conduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to develop and enhance client satisfactionEngage Payroll Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and other internal colleagues as needed to address client and worksite employee needsAct as a resource and advisor to clients on human resources matters such as new hire on-boarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, coaching, leave of absence, employee complaints/investigations, and exit strategies/terminationManage employee handbook creation, facilitate training initiatives, and support development of clients’ policies and proceduresLearn and develop competence with all technology applications and other tools necessary to perform the roleConduct PrestigePRO product demonstrations for clients as needed. Provide product information for technology partners to clientsSupport human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and consistent service delivery to clientsCollaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve problems for clients and worksite employees, including Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation/Risk, Tax, and othersEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and newly hired worksite employeesFoster teamwork and a positive work environment through frequent collaboration with other HR Business Partners, Benefits Specialists, and Payroll Specialists in promoting best practices. Attend HR meetings and participate in HR educational workshopsParticipate in special projects within the HR Client Services departmentOther duties as assignedMay need to travel to clientsExperience & Qualifications:PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Minimum three years of HR Generalist or related experience. Previous PEO industry and/or client service delivery experience preferredBachelor’s degree (business administration or human resources) preferredBroad knowledge of Human Resources including but not limited to General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Risk Management, Retirement Services, and Client SupportMulti-state compliance experience preferredSpecific Skills Needed:Bilingual English/Spanish requiredSalesforcePrismProblem solvePublic speaking and presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverablesAdept at learning new technologySalary range based on experience $80,000 - $95,000Powered by JazzHRVnu7FkYPIq
