At Candy Cloud Company, we're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead our Middleton location. You'll spend your time coaching employees, supporting guests, driving results, and working alongside your team during busy periods. If you enjoy developing people, solving problems, and taking ownership of a business, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do: Leadership Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members. Coach, mentor, and develop Shift Leads and Crew Members. Create weekly schedules while managing labor budgets. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching. Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture. Develop future leaders and maintain strong staffing levels. Operations Lead daily store operations by opening and closing the store as business needs require. Run shifts during peak business hours while supporting your team. Prepare beverages and food, assist guests at the register, restock inventory, and maintain store cleanliness. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met. Step into any position needed to support the success of the team. Business Management Monitor daily sales and key performance indicators. Manage labor, inventory, and food costs. Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. What We're Looking For 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, cafe, retail, or hospitality management. Experience supervising and developing employees. Experience creating schedules and managing labor costs. Interviewing and hiring experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation. A leader who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Requirements This is a full-time salaried exempt position. Managers are expected to: Work a minimum of 45 hours per week. Work opening and closing shifts as needed. Be available on weekends and holidays. Support the business during peak operating hours.
