Job Summary:We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in feature or system ownership within off-highway vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing system-level requirements and supporting communication architecture using CAN or Ethernet-based networks.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage system or feature development from concept through validation.Generate high-level requirements and decompose them into detailed functional and technical requirements.Break down complex features into structured system requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, validation, and controls.Support system architecture definition for off-highway vehicle applications.Work with CAN and/or Ethernet-based communication networks.Participate in system integration, validation, and issue resolution activities.Ensure traceability of requirements and compliance with system standards.Support documentation, reviews, and change management processes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of experience in systems engineering or feature ownership.Experience in off-highway, heavy equipment, or automotive domain.Strong experience in requirements generation and requirement decomposition.Knowledge of CAN (Controller Area Network) and/or Ethernet communication protocols.Understanding of system lifecycle processes (V-model preferred).Strong analytical and communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS, Polarion, etc.).Knowledge of embedded systems and control systems.Exposure to diagnostics and network architecture.Familiarity with safety standards and system validation processes
