This role will oversee day-to-day operations, project execution, team leadership, and overall branch performance.The ideal candidate will come from a fire sprinkler design background and have proven experience managing teams, projects, and operations within the fire protection industry.This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who can balance operations, people management, client relationships, and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all sprinkler division operations across Nevada.Oversee project execution, scheduling, staffing, and operational performance.Manage and support design, PM, field, and service teams.Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.Maintain and grow relationships with clients, contractors, and AHJs.Support estimating, operational planning, and overall branch profitability.Drive accountability, team development, and operational improvements.Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives.QualificationsStrong background in fire sprinkler design and fire protection systems.Previous experience in operations management, branch management, or general management within the fire protection industry.Deep understanding of NFPA standards, sprinkler systems, and project delivery.Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operations.Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience managing client relationships and operational budgets preferred.Why This OpportunityLead a growing and high-performing sprinkler division in the Las Vegas market.High-visibility leadership role with real influence on company growth and operations.Competitive compensation package: $140k–$160k base + bonuses.Strong long-term growth potential within an established fire protection business.Opportunity to build and shape the Nevada operation with strong executive support.
